Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Profit & Loss, cost controls, and restaurant operations.
• External candidate: 2+ years in a restaurant environment; internal candidate: strong brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in staffing and daily operational activities.
• Supervise hourly staff to ensure prompt, courteous service and food safety.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate hourly team members; manage payroll actions.
• Utilize training tools to educate staff on restaurant operations.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; report needed repairs to management.
• Attend store/market/company meetings and stay current with certifications.
• Assist GM with local store marketing activities.
