Responsibilities

• Assist management with staffing and daily operational activities for efficient restaurant operation.
• Supervise hourly staff to ensure prompt, courteous service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of hourly team members; evaluate performance and recommend wage increases.
• Utilize training tools to educate hourly team members on all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities per guidelines; report repairs to the Division Leader.
• Perform administrative tasks: payroll-related actions, inventory ordering, cash handling, and shift scheduling; address guest and employee concerns.
• Attend store, market, and company meetings; stay current with certifications and local regulations.
• Support GM with local store marketing planning and execution.
• Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with internal audit guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
