Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on assigned shift to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and guest service.
• Assists in planning and supervising completion of all job tasks and ensures adherence to safety, food safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Provide training to hourly team members using company training tools.
• Assist in maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities; inform General Manager about needed repairs.
• Perform regular administrative tasks including audits, deposits, and reporting of accidents; investigate guest complaints.
