Responsibilities

• Assist management in staffing and daily operations to ensure efficient restaurant performance.
• Supervise hourly staff to ensure prompt, courteous guest service and compliance with standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate hourly team members; manage wage adjustments and discipline.
• Provide training using company tools; lead safety and sanitation adherence.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; communicate repair needs to leadership.
• Handle payroll tasks, inventory orders, audits, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Attend store, market, and company meetings; participate in local store marketing.
• Ensure accurate financial controls and internal audit compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
