Qualifications

• Internal candidates should have a good record of achieving results and have an above average knowledge of the brand’s operating procedures and standards.
• Ability to comfortably speak, write and comprehend English in a business setting.
• Successful completion of a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant and support daily operational activities to ensure efficient operation.
• Supervise hourly staff to ensure prompt, courteous service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training for hourly team members.
• Provide training using company tools for all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Maintain equipment and facility per guidelines; report repairs to management.
• Perform payroll, scheduling, audits, and monetary deposits; manage guest and employee incidents.
• Attend store, market and company meetings; stay current with certifications.
• Assist GM with local store marketing activities to promote products and services.
• Ensure proper accounting and audit compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
