Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant ops required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures including cash handling.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and inventory levels.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to meet service needs.
• Train new hires on policies and duties; develop staff skills.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet targets and control costs.
• Communicate with management and kitchen staff to align goals.
