You will manage opening and closing, scheduling, safety, and cost controls while coaching staff and driving top results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew members during your shift and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory controls.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor sales performance and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Communicate with the management team to align goals and priorities.
