You will drive daily performance through coaching, scheduling, and training to maintain efficiency and safety standards. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and labor, while collaborating with managers and kitchen staff to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew during your shift and ensure tasks are completed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Create and manage shift schedules to meet operational needs.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor sales and expenses to support profitability.
