TACO BELL CORP. Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead a restaurant crew during your shift, maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and service, and uphold policy and safety practices.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, scheduling, training and coaching, while driving guest satisfaction and budget-minded operations in a fast-paced franchise setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during your shift.
