Responsibilities include supervising staff, delegating tasks, training and coaching, managing opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and scheduling. Strong leadership and knowledge of food safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant crew during shifts.
