Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager in Hackensack, NJ to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise crew, and ensure top service quality. You will manage shifts, uphold food safety, and drive guest satisfaction through coaching and efficient teamwork.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, training, and achieving financial targets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant crew during your shift and ensure tasks are completed.
• Lead opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to meet customer demand and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales and cost targets.
