Job summary

Wendy's Buffalo, NY is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee the operation during your designated shift, lead a team of crew members, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service, and uphold brand standards and procedures.

You will coach, train, and schedule staff, monitor performance and costs, and collaborate with management to deliver outstanding service and drive profitability while maintaining a positive, welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
