Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to maintain adequate staffing.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability; implement efficiency measures.
• Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to coordinate operations.
