You will lead a team of crew, ensure food safety, manage opening and closing procedures, coach staff, schedule shifts, and contribute to customer service excellence and profitability.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew during shift and delegate tasks.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and inventory levels.
• Create shift schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Train new hires and support development of staff.
• Monitor sales and expenses to achieve targets and optimize costs.
• Communicate with management and kitchen to coordinate operations.
