Taco Bell in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during your shift, lead a team of crew members, maintain top standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service, and uphold company policies.

You will supervise and coach staff, create and manage shift schedules, handle opening/closing duties and cash, ensure food safety, monitor inventory, and collaborate with management to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications
