Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High‑school diploma, GED preferred or equivalent experience
• Availability for overnight, weekend, holiday and variable hours, with dependable attendance

• ServSafe food certification, or ability to obtain and pass the exam during training

How & Where You’ll Work

This role is based at your home restaurant, leading your team and supporting daily operations. You may assist at neighboring locations or provide leadership support within the market and participate in business meetings, training opportunities, and leadership sessions.
