Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to help new hires acquire skills quickly and enable seasoned staff to excel.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and basic inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare for, lead, and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Availability for overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours with dependable attendance.
• Physical ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet other physical demands.
• Experience coaching or leading teams with strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• ServSafe Food Certification or ability to obtain and pass the exam during training.

Working Arrangements

This role is based in your home restaurant with occasional support at neighboring locations or within the market. You may also participate in business meetings, training opportunities, and leadership sessions.
