HAZA BELL is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during assigned shifts. You will lead a team of crew members, ensure food safety, cleanliness, and top-notch customer service, and uphold company policies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, cash handling, and coordinating with management to meet targets. The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to fast, friendly service in a fast-paced environment at our Hazelton, PA location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew during shift, delegate tasks and coach staff.
