Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s location.

In this role you will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead team members, and uphold the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and adherence to operating standards. You will train in essential duties, supervise shifts, manage labor and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety, HR, and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
