Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's locations. You will train for leadership, supervise shifts, and ensure top guest service, quality, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and operating standards.

You will train crew, manage labor and inventory, and handle cash procedures. We offer weekly pay, 401(k), paid training, insurance, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
