Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the Hardee’s restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will train, supervise and motivate crew, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness, and focus on profitability and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards; control inventory to meet GAP standards.
