Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain records and reports per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building/equipment with proper operating and cleaning procedures.
• Handle cash when in charge of a shift following procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times.
