Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for its Hardee’s locations in the United States. You will train to operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM, supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shift management experience, are 18+, and can pass background checks. Benefits, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferred valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed during shifts.
