Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's to supervise the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and to motivate the team through positive leadership.

You will train crew, ensure quality, service and cleanliness to company standards, manage labor and costs, and help resolve guest concerns while maintaining a safe, friendly environment. Excellent growth opportunities available.

Formación

• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations.
