Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
• Maintain appearance and professionalism at all times.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Represent BNE as a professional in every aspect of performance.
