Raydal Hospitality is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant GM and General Manager in daily operations of our restaurant. You will lead by example, manage opening/closing shifts, uphold FAB standards, and assist team members with daily routines to ensure consistent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership in a full-service restaurant, are computer literate with basic math, and can coach staff while maintaining safety, sanitation, and service speed.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification recommended; training provided.
• Computer literate with basic math skills.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
