Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running strong shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership to solve problems, guide team members, and help ensure smooth operations during each shift.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic math skills, and reliable transportation. Candidates must be 18+ and pass background checks as part of management screening.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
