Job summary

Raydal Hospitality LLC is seeking an Associate Manager to support restaurant operations and uphold FAB standards across all menu items. You will help the General Manager with scheduling, training, and daily tasks to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of restaurant leadership, a Serv Safe recommendation, and a flexible schedule. This entry-level leadership role offers growth and hands-on experience in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Serv Safe certified recommended (we provide training upon hiring).
• Computer literate and basic Math skills.
• An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• The AM helps the General Manager to ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
• Draw up weekly schedules, order merchandise, and assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning.
