Job summary

Raydal Hospitality LLC in Matthews, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant GM and GM, lead by example, and uphold FAB standards in daily operations.

You will open and close shifts, coach staff, ensure safety, manage labor, and help meet service and plating standards while delivering great customer service and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant leadership experience.
• Serv Safe certification recommended (training provided on hire).
• Computer literacy and basic math skills.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and coach staff when needed.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for some opening and closing shifts.

• Check and correct prep for that service/day.

Shift Leaders are an essential part of our restaurant. Our commitment to Fresh, Authentic and Bold (FAB) flavors starts with managing team members and upholding company standards. The shift leader supports both the Assistant GM and the General Manager in the restaurant. They lead by example and assist employees with daily routines and tasks while maintaining Raydal Hospitality standards.

• An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
