Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s location in Waynesboro, VA. Train for the Shift Leader role to operate during the absence of the Senior/General Manager and help drive sales while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness.

Essential duties include supervising shifts, training crew, managing labor and inventory, and ensuring safety and compliance. A strong, reliable leader with one year of shift management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Handle cash during shift and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and shows professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; support management and represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc.
