Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s in Virginia. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure quality, service, safety, and cleanliness while supporting profitability and strong guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example, conduct pre-shift meetings, manage labor and inventory, and maintain records to company and state standards. A year of shift management and a reliable, upbeat attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and safety.
