Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s in Virginia. You will train and supervise crew, ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness, and lead shifts in the absence of higher management.

A strong focus on profitability and safety supports daily operations. Applicants should have at least 1 year of shift management, a reliable team-player attitude, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records following company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
