Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., the largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold top-tier quality, service, and cleanliness. This role supports growth, profitability, and a positive guest experience across busy shifts.

You will work alongside a team to drive sales growth, manage labor costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while representing the brand with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Values teamwork
• Consistent and reliable

Responsibilities

• Train for the position of Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop crew under management
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises with professionalism at all times
