Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., the largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction at Hardee’s.

You will supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability. Competitive pay, weekly pay, training, and benefits accompany this role in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and comply with regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift, including deposits; ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Represent BNE professionally and embody its Vision and Values.
