Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Be consistent and reliable, with cheerful and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationship with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
