Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Requires 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct pre-shift crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to GAP standards.
• Maintain reports in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper maintenance procedures.
• Handle cash when in charge, including deposits.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to HR/safety policies.
