A capable leader helps drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a busy restaurant environment. The role requires experience in shift management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed during shifts.
