Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., the largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader. Lead shifts, supervise crew, train staff, and uphold quality, service, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage labor, ensure proper cash handling, and maintain compliance with company policies while supporting a positive guest experience and teamwork across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
