Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to lead and train talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Lead crew meetings before shifts to discuss operations and promotions.
• Control labor costs to meet company standards and targets.
• Maintain inventory and records according to company policies.
