Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises in Tega Cay, SC, is seeking a Shift Manager for our KFC and Taco Bell locations. You’ll be the captain of the shift, leading a team of crew members, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering great service with a fun atmosphere.

You will supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, maintain food safety standards, manage cash, and track inventory while promoting a positive work environment and on-brand guest experience.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or fast-food experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification is preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and supervise staff.
• Lead and motivate team to deliver quality service.
• Interact with customers and handle inquiries and orders.
• Maintain high food safety standards and proper storage.
• Process payments and manage cash registers.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Prepare and review shift reports on sales and labor.
• Train new team members on policies and service standards.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and presentable.
• Assist with promoting menu items and deals to drive sales.
