Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
• Minimum 2+ years of prior food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Able to analyze profit and loss statements and overall restaurant performance.
• Experience recruiting and selecting team members.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws applicable to the restaurant industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding Guest Service by maintaining a friendly, knowledgeable environment.
• Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Review trends and initiate changes to maximize goals.
• Ensure policy compliance through meetings, walks, and audits.
• Open and/or close the restaurant.
• Assemble and package orders per Wingstop standards.
• Receive, inspect, and sign for deliveries in GM absence.
• Place orders with vendors as needed.
• Maintain Operations Manual and follow procedures.
• Conduct daily walk-through and taste tests at opening.
• Monitor time and temperature checks every two hours.
• Ensure products are fresh and prepared correctly.
• Keep orders flowing, restaurant safe and clean.
• Handle guest issues in GM's absence.
• Assist in keeping kitchen clean during shift.
• Ensure crewmembers are health/safety conscious at all times.
• Promote the Wingstop Brand and uphold operating requirements.
• Follow instructions for chemical cleaners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.
