Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking an energetic Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s. You will supervise shifts, train crew, control labor and inventory, and uphold quality, service and cleanliness standards while driving profitability.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meeting company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including bank deposits.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe and compliant environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally and lead by example.
