Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s locations across the United States. You will supervise shifts, train crew, monitor quality and safety, manage inventories and cash procedures, and lead by example to ensure guests receive outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising fast-paced restaurant teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss operations, safety, and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records according to company policies and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating and cleaning procedures.
• Responsible for cash handling during shifts and bank deposits.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies; promote safety and sanitation.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. values and perform other tasks as directed.
