Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s location in Burgaw, North Carolina.

You will train for the Shift Leader role, supervise shifts, coach crew, and uphold the company standards for quality, service and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and compliance with safety and labor guidelines. You will conduct shift meetings, manage labor costs, control inventory, ensure cash handling procedures, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain cash handling procedures during shifts.
