Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s to supervise daily operations, train crew, and ensure top quality service and cleanliness. You will lead shifts, manage labor, and uphold food safety while driving profitability.

Qualifications

1 year of shift management experience
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass background check and drug screen
Preferably valid Driver’s License
Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Train and develop crew under management direction.
Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties.
Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations, safety, and procedures.
Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
