Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and shifts handle cash securely.
• Maintain personal appearance and display professionalism at all times.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
