Job summary

TACO BELL is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Largo, MD to oversee operations during their designated shift. You will lead a team of crew members, ensure food quality and safety, uphold company policies, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will supervise, train, and coach staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and monitor finances and inventory to meet targets while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and inventory levels.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Train new hires on policies and responsibilities; ongoing leadership development.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and improve profitability.
• Communicate with management and collaborate with kitchen, servers, and support staff.
