Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers.
• Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check for accuracy, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and customer service areas, following food safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service, communicating with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, health and safety guidelines, and report issues to management.
• Inform customers about promotions and upsell opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
