Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s location.

Train to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and help drive sales growth through the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness. You will supervise shifts, train crew, manage labor and inventory, ensure safety and sanitation, handle cash procedures, and uphold company policies while delivering a positive guest experience and representing BNE with

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet the physical demands of the role.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferred valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, and safety.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating and cleaning procedures.
• Handle cash when in charge of a shift and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure appearance and professionalism meet company standards.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
