Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (Hardee's) is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the restaurant when the Senior/General Manager is away, ensuring top quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

You will train crew, supervise shifts, and enforce safety, sanitation, and HR policies while modeling BNE’s professional standards and values in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Lead, recognize, and train successful talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct shift meetings to discuss operations, safety, promotions, and procedures.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards; control inventory per GAP standards.
